2. Hosting and delivery of this website

This website is stored with and delivered through a content delivery network by BunnyWay d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“bunny.net”).

When you visit the website, the following technical data in particular may be processed:

• IP address and country of origin,
• date and time of the request,
• requested address, referrer and HTTP status,
• browser and device information as well as a technical request ID.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure stability, security and protection against abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in operating this website securely and efficiently.

bunny.net operates a global CDN. Depending on the visitor’s location, requests may be processed at international CDN locations. Processing is based on the data protection terms agreed with bunny.net and appropriate safeguards. Further information is available in the GDPR information and the privacy policy of bunny.net.

Storage of customer-accessible raw access logs is disabled. According to bunny.net, identifiable information arising directly at the CDN edge is only processed briefly in memory and removed after about 20 to 30 seconds. It is not used for profiling or advertising.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your message and the contact details it contains solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in answering your enquiry. The data is deleted once your request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Emails to this domain are received and delivered via the email service Forward Email (Forward Email LLC, USA). The provider processes the messages as a processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The EU Standard Contractual Clauses have been agreed for the transfer to the USA (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR). Further information is available in the Forward Email privacy policy.

4. Internal area

The internal area is intended exclusively for a closed group of personally invited users. Public registration is not offered.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising services and no social media plugins. Fonts and graphics are served from our own server. Your usage is not tracked. A consent banner is therefore not required.

If you actively switch the language or close the language hint, only the chosen language code (e.g. “en”) is stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so that the hint is not shown again. If you choose a light or dark colour scheme in the header, that choice (“light” or “dark”) is stored in the same way; choosing “System” deletes it again. This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. Storing it is strictly necessary for the service you requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right to:

• access information about the processing of your personal data,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure or restriction of processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interests,
• data portability, where applicable.
